Returns Policy

All of our prints are made to order, thus it is unfortunately not possible for us to to issue an exchange or return of item. We are more than happy to answer your pre-sale questions or help you select the right items before purchase to avoid this happening. In the case of a customised print, we will always send you a proof of the item before it goes to print. Once that proof has been approved by you, further changes cannot be made.

If your order is faulty or damaged in anyway on delivery, please notify us immediately (within 24 hours of receipt) on info@simplyart.co.za so that we can make it right by replacing it or refunding you. Please be sure to include a description of the fault and photos of the damage/faulty item. In this case, we will still need to collect the faulty/damaged item, and the delivery costs will be at our expense. We will send our couriers to collect the item from you. Please place the faulty/damaged item back in its original packaging to be sent back to us.

If on the very odd chance you have received the incorrect item, please notify us as soon as possible so that we can arrange to get your correct order to you.
